How do I place an order?

Choose a product, and size and quantity “add to cart” a Green message will appear “VIEW CART → Product successfully added to your cart. Please checkout within the time indicated (just under an hour) or this item will be removed from your cart. You can then continue shopping or proceed to check out. Please note that items will only stay in the cart for 1 hour, after that it will be back up for sale. In “checkout” there two address sections Billing Address – this is your postal address Shipping Address – this is your physical address where the courier needs to deliver the parcel, please make sure you type in an address where there is someone from 8am-5pm on Mondays-Fridays. Lastly choose your payment method, Payfast – Instant Eft, Credit or Debit Card or SnapScan (please just note you will have to register an account with Payfast, but it’s a very secure site, used by all the major online stores)

Do I need to email my proof of payment when paying with EFT?

Yes, usually your bank gives you the option of entering the recipients email address when you load up the beneficiaries banking details. If your bank doesn’t give you this option you are welcome to email your proof of payment directly to and state your name and surname as a reference.

How does sizing work?

All items are listed with a sizing chart, to confirm the size and measurements of the garment simply refer to the chart and the description, and compare it to your measurements.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Of course we do! All our items are wrapped beautifully, to make each and everyone feel special. Parcels can be sent directly to the recipient. If you have any special requests please get in contact with us and we will do our best to accommodate you.


When can I expect my parcel?

Once you’ve placed your order, there is a 7 day processing time. The processing time depends on how busy we are. Each order is packed with love and care which takes time. Once your order has been collected or mailed, we send you the tracking details. Tracking details can not sent before it has been collected or processed. You will need to follow your parcel up online, so please make sure you have given us a valid email address and cellphone number. Invalid contact details means processing takes longer. But please do note ordering over the festive period comes with delays. This is an unfortunate part of this time of year. So please be aware of this. If you are unsure of your delivery period contact us so we can let you know if you need it before a certain date, please let us know so we can let you know what extra fees are applicable. Rush Fees - this is to expedite your. We are not liable for any courier mistakes or any issues that will arise. Please note during festive season there are usually delays due to the huge influx in orders.

What qualifies for courier / paxi / aramex?

We use Fastway Couriers. Couriers are used for all major city centers. Paxi or Aramex applies to all rural areas. Free Delivery is either Fastway for major city centers or Paxi for rural areas. If you have any questions or queries, please email to find out which applies to

How long do deliveries take?

Fastway Courier Western Cape 1-3 working days (after your processing time) Rest of South Africa 2-5 working days (after your processing time) Please note we are not held liable for the delivery times once the parcel has left our procession. Aramex Courier 1-7 working days (after your processing time) Paxi 7-9 working days, and you will need to collect your parcel from the pep you specified. Over night courier This can be done with prior arrangements and at special requests. You would have had to email us prior to ordering to make sure that we are well aware of the situation. But it does come with extra fees as special arrangements need to be made in order to accommodate this. We still can not guarantee overnight delivery. It may take a day or two longer. Depending on how busy the couriers are.

What's the difference between paxi and courier?

Paxi means an item is sent via the Pep stores to your local Pep stores, you will receive an sms when it's at your Pep for collection and it will then have to be collected from your Pep, please insure that you take an ID or drivers license with you. Courier delivers straight to your door. But please note our courier service only delivers in major cities, not rural areas. If you do want an item couriered to a rural area it will have extra costs. What is considered vintage?

Vintage garments are usually second hand garments, dating back a few years and even much older. Sometimes we are lucky enough to find vintage garments that have not been worn, in this case we will clearly state this in the description. All our vintage garments have been washed, cleaned, checked for any damages like mismatched buttons and broken zips, etc and are ready to wear.
